There is so much that goes into the process of making a medicine or making a solution in healthcare.

And before we see the final result, it's so important to recognize the, the human stories and all the challenges, everything that led them to that place. Why are people not talking about this more?

Stories of people that have been living vital lives suddenly wake up one day and find out that they have cancer, refusing to lay down and give up. They're not just a founder, they're a parent.

They're someone who's affected by this disease, who lost someone because of this disease. They're doing something about it on the behalf of their health, on the behalf of their family members' health.

This is a problem that they need to solve because that's their life mission. For twenty years as a documentary filmmaker, the richest part is being able to be let inside people's worlds.

But I only get to cover a very limited amount of the stories that I want to cover. This is a wonderful format where we're gonna have parent founders to Nobel laureates and be able to talk to them as humans.

Seeing patients for who they are, uh, I think that's important.

And especially in my line of work in big biotech and pharma, a lot of times we, we get lost in the science, but at the end of the day, we're, we're treating the patients, and the patients are us.

Success is when we start hearing the stories from our audience that there has been a transformation because of the guests that they've heard on our show.
